Papercrafters Unite Against Racism Blog Hop

Hello!

I'm thrilled to be participating in an important blog hop today.

Justine Hovey created this blog hop so that we may stand by our sisters and brothers of color, not just in the papercrafting community, but in all aspects of life, and to support the never ending fight for equality globally.

When I was deciding what to create, I decided to search for some anti-racism/BLM free printables and found some really great graphics at PopShopAmerica.  I printed them out and then using some various backgrounds, stamps and dies here is what I created...

If you would like to regularly support/follow some of our Black Crafters, Kristina Werner has an ongoing list HERE

Jennifer McGuire also has a List of some resources for anyone interested in learning more about how to help stop racism, educating children and others about racism, about systemic racism, white privilege, etc.

If you’re also looking for ways to help the Black community, please consider donating to one of the following charities:

Black Table Arts - organizes and brings in black artists into communities and provides creative spaces for leadership

The Loveland Project - helps provide therapy for black women and girls

Fair Fight - a movement to ensure free and fair elections

Black Girls Code - a movement to increase women of color in STEM fields and exposes girls to computer science and technology.

The Bail Project - mission to combat mass incarceration and reshape the pretrial system in the United States and helps reunite families.

Thanks for stopping by and for visiting, reading and learning about more ways of how you can support the Black community and anti-racism. The next person on the hop is Eva Costigan

Supplies Used: Catherine Pooler Designs, Catherine Pooler Inks, Gina Marie Designs Dies, Spellbinders Dies, Lil Inker Designs Dies,

A moving post, Nance. I hope and pray that great changes will come about and that there will be more love between all people instead of hate.

These are really fantastic designs! I love the bold graphic look of the first one, but the message on the others is really important, too.
