Happy Birthday to my hubs, Dave! It's his last year in the 50s.
He celebrated early last week with our kids and today (his actual birthday) he gets to celebrate in Myrtle Beach while we are visiting my mom. Also, along with loving Pooh Bear, he's even more a fanatic about the Minions, particularly Dave the Minion (I wonder why). So, you know what kind of birthday card I made for him...
I very accidentally stumbled upon (that's my story I'm sticking to 😉) some really cute minion stamps a few weeks ago and of course, I had to order some just for my hubs. It's a new to me company, Crackerbox Stamps. They have several different movie character stamps besides the Minions. I colored him with Copics and fussy cut him then popped him up on the top of the background. The background stamp I've had for several months and finally used it.
For Following Challenges:
I chose the middle column: Birthday, Rectangle, Die Cuts
Card Supplies:
Stamps: Minion (Crackerbox Stamps); Background -Celebrate (Honey Bee Stamps).
Paper: Neenah 110# Solar White.
Ink: Oh Boy, Suede Shoes, Dress Blues(CP Ink); Versamark; Copics.
Extras: Frame dies (My Favorite Things); Banner die (Catherine Pooler Designs).

What a wonderful post, Nance! I love seeing your photos of Dave with his birthday treat and then with your sons! Those young men look very handsome and they have great smiles just like you two! (BTW, neither of you look to be nearing 60! Keep doing whatever you're doing!)
