Schools are back in session. Fall is almost here!
Of course, the first of the month means a new

Check out this month's Inspirational Photo ----
Most schools are back in session so Fall is not too far away. Are you ready for some cooler weather, fried apples, apple cider, apple pie? Fall always reminds me of picking apples to make apple cider with my youth group at church growing up. Love fresh picked apples right off the tree!
Here's what I created from the photo ---
I created a 3D apple using the apple die from the Homegrown Sweet Cuts. I cut about 25 apples but I only wound up using about 15. I sponged the edges then folded them with sponged edges folded inward and pieced them together. Then, I adhered them to one flat apple die that was also sponged and cut including the stem.
Hop through the rest of the design team and see their projects for more inspiration!

Wow, this 3D apple is amazing, Nance! I remember picking apples as a teen. They do taste so much better right off the tree!

This is SO cute, Nancy. I don't know HOW you did that apple, but it's adorable. I just realized that I wasn't already following your blog, so I just followed. To be honest, I would really LOVE to have you stop by to follow my blog as well. Hope you're having an awesome week. LOVE your dimensional apple!!!
