for the entire month

March!
YAY!
I'm so honored and humbled to have been asked to guest design alongside these fabulous designers!
Today begins my first week
and
here is the challenge:
I love doing geometric cards, even though I don't do them often (need to change that).
I looove that background stamp. It reminds me of a bike chain/gear, so cool! It's part of the newest Stamp of Approval set by Catherine Pooler and several of the stamps in it were perfect for today's challenge.

Congratulations, Nance! What a well deserved honor! You do geometric very well! Love the strong gray, black and white and how the leaves soften the design but still keep it masculine!

Wow, what a super card. When I saw the theme for this challenge I immediately thought of that stamp set too! The colors are so bold and really show off that geometric design perfectly. I've got to ask about that kraft colored paper, though. Is that vellum? Where in the world do I find kraft vellum? I don't think my stamping stash is complete without it! And BTW, your design is spot on for our sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches so you might want to add it over there!

I'm so glad you're designing with us, Nance. This card is fabulous. I love the different colors you used to stamp the geo border and then how you tied them in with the leaves. Beautiful job!
