So they "say" we are going to get a "historic" storm for our region tomorrow and Thursday. So, the Hubs and I have been battening down the hatches just in case they're correct! Last time the Triangle saw a bad snow/ice storm was back in 2002 (before we lived here). Neighbors tell us the entire area was crippled for about 2 weeks due to power outages. The Hubs is also preparing to possibly spend 48+ hours at work in the ER so he doesn't chance having an accident in our recently repaired car from a storm last month! However, we can't complain because even with colder than normal temps this winter, we have still had a very mild winter, precipitation-wise unlike most of the rest of the U.S.A. So I'd say we are due. No worries, I will have my candles and flashlights, bottled water, Girl Scout cookies along with our fur babies to cuddle up with and wait it out in my craft room!
With that said, I've been busy trying to get last minute Valentines finished as the Hubs has had many demanding medical colleagues wanting to buy Valentines. I could have worse problems! lol
So, here is one of them:
SPIES:
STAMPS: Words (Inkadinkadoo); Hearts (Taylored Expressions); Feather (Freshly Squeezed);
PAPER: White cardbase.
INK: Graphite Black (Memento Brillance); Metallic Gold (Staz On).
EXTRAS: Arrow die (Taylored Expressions); Black spotted washi tape; gold sequins.

This is simply stunning!
I think we might be expecting the same system - we've got a major storm heading our way Thursday night. Yuck. Huge kudos to the hubster - working in emergency services during that sort of event can't be easy. Stay warm, charge all your stuff! :)
SO cool. Congrats on your shout out at CASE.
